We are open daily 10 am – 10 pm. The last ticket sold one hour prior to closing.

You are welcome to stay at the museum as long as you wish, up until the museum closes at 10 pm.

The Medieval Torture Museum contains content that may not be suitable for all ages. No one under 18 admitted without an adult!

Elevators are available on a limited basis. As well as there is the ability to help disabled people.

There is a free Wi-Fi in the museum. Please ask someone at the desk for assistance.
We do not offer parking. However there are more than 5 parkings in the area within less than a half mile radius. Here is the closest one – parkchirp.com

Yes, you can buy tickets either online or directly at the desk. However if you buy a ticket online you are able to save up to 40% and get the best rate and entrance guarantee.
Yes. You can use PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay or Credit Card for your payment.
You will get your ticket by email. Or you will be able to find in your Tixpls account.
It is not necessary to print the ticket. You can show it on your smartphone at the entrance.

All sales are final. There are no refunds, exchanges or returns of any tickets purchased on TixPls.com.

Tixpls is a project managed by Benaur LLC. Here you can find information about all museum projects with the best ticket prices. You can also buy tickets directly for any attraction you wish to visit.

Login to your Tixpls account is your email address.
You will receive a password to your Tixpls account by email right after ticket purchase.
You can find your tickets in your Tixpls account. As well as your purchase history.

Tickets are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
We offer tickets to all attractions managed by Benaur LLC. Including single entrance to each attraction as well as combo tickets where you can save up to 40%.

Yes. You can buy the audio guide separately or choose a combo ticket with discount, the audio guide is included.

We offer 15% OFF for military and seniors (60+) for single tickets only and only while buying tickets at the desk. Valid ID must be presented at arrival.
